If I could give negative stars I would. In Dec 2014 I purchased a 2013 GMC Yukon. Which was a somewhat positive experience. However later I found out that it had been in 2 accidents. I asked to see the carfax when I was there only to be told that they could not bring it up. Should never had bought it. They new it had been in accidents. Recently I tried to trade it in because of the accidents and the value was nothing because of the Carfax. They would not even take it back as a trade. They are crooks and lie to everyone. Finally I was able to trade and called to get my extended warranty refund back only to find out they do not refund unless the car was in a accident. THAT WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME! Terrible people do not buy a car from them.

I had a 2011 Kia Optima Turbo which I was selling. I called Grand Auto, where I bought the car, to ask them if they might be interested in purchasing it from me. They said they would like to take a look at it; I made an appointment with them for a few days later; someone from the dealership called me on the day and confirmed my appointment. All good so far. I drove up there, about a 30 minute drive for me. I go in the showroom, where I was ignored at first. Then a salesman approached me and asked "have you been helped?" I said NO, and he proceeded to go on his way doing something else, completely ignoring me - it was as if I wasn't even there. WHY did he even bother to ask me if I had been helped yet, he obviously had no intention of helping me. A second salesman came in the showroom and asked me if I had been helped. Again I said NO, and the second salesman did the same thing! Then a third man came out of the sales office and asked me if he could help me. I told him why I was there, that I had an appointment, etc. He goes back into the office and talks to some people in there for a few minutes, then he comes back out and tells me they are NOT INTERESTED in even looking at my car. I was FLOORED - I drove all the way up there for NOTHING!!! I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a car salesperson, EVEN at a used car dealership! I don't know what has happened to Grand Auto - when I purchased the car from them in 2010 from Tree King (shoutout to Tree) I was very pleased. But I'll never go back to that dealership. I LOVED my Optima and I intend to purchase another one, hopefully sooner than later - but this time I'll go to MedVed or Peak instead. Grand Auto has lost a customer permanently.

We went in on May 5th to have our mileage verified for the reimbursement program, we asked them to do it when we dropped out kia off for an oil change. When we picked it up, we asked if they had verified it, and they said yes. We call on June 2nd to find out they never did it, nor did they tell us they dropped the ball. We spoke with Matthew Powell in the service department who assured us it would be handled that same day, but as of June 8th, they have still failed to do so. We spoke with Matthew again on June 8th, who assured us he would do it again, but its been over a month, and we have now asked 3 separate times. Each time we ask to speak with a supervisor they are "unavailable". If the service department cannot handle a simple milage verification, I have serious doubts that they are capable of handling anything more complicated, like repairs. This has become very frustrating, and we will be taking our business to another dealership.

Wow this place is a mess. Sales managers are awful financing is 10X worse gave the girl my year to date which was in May and went over with her that the half a year would not end till the middle of June at which time I would be at 20k then the 2nd half of the year at 20k which would put me at 40k with no other debt other then a rent payment of 650 she said I could not qualify for a 300 payment because somehow in basic math she was saying I was only going to be getting 33k all year? And this was after sending my YTD and paystubs they keep trying to move you to a lower and lower vehicle with a HIGHER AND HIGHER interest rate honestly you'd be better off going to a buy here pay her. They killed my fico score because of sending it to a million banks SERIOUSLY CHECK BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!!!!

If I could give lower I would. This dealership and their general manager Timothy Bottoms could use a few tips on customer service. A lease buyout should not take 4 hours to complete, especially when an appointment is made and our expectations were explicitly given ahead of time. After weeks of Grand Kia "customer care reps" calling to get us in to take care of the expiring lease we finally made the decision and set an appointment. My son came from Fort Collins, and I came from Littleton to buy out the lease. After getting the loan approval, we had to wait for the final contract. Which took 3 hours!!!!!! I understand that as business you cannot foresee the volume if walk in customers. However, not once did we receive an update on the process or what we were waiting for. Then, as I am expressing my frustations the General Manager, Timothy Botttoms told us we didn't have to buy from them and he had other customers to consider. I am insulted and infuriated by Mr. Bottoms' pejorative manner and arrogance. Since I was there to help my son through this I deferred to him on leaving and going somewhere else. I urged him to leave, but he was so exhausted with the incompetence and careless attitudes and didn't want to go through all this paperwork at another dealer, so we stayed. I will NEVER do business with Grand Dealership or Timothy Bottoms again!

I am interested in purchasing a Mitsubishi Evo and as I drove by I saw a beautiful one outside. I stopped by to ask for the price and the gentlemen the in the front by the name of Sean Beeson was very rude. He did not direct me to a sales person and neglected to take my question serious. He gave me a huge estimate of 20-30k. He didn't even bother to look at my in the eye and was only sorting through his paper. He told me to find it online because he had "no idea" He did not give me adequate customer service and I will not return. I wouldn't recommend anyone walking in or doing any business with this dealership! Very disappointed.

In December 2015, I went into the dealership to test drive a Buick Enclave. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was told by the salesperson that they did not have any Enclaves in stock and would get more in the upcoming week. I then asked if there were any on other dealer lots that I could go drive. The salesman said he would check. He left and came back 5 minutes later and told me this LIE. No there are no other dealers in Colorado that have any on their lots, because there was a huge recall of Enclaves, so no one would have them to drive until Thursday when their shipment came in. I thanked him and left. I then looked up and called McCadden Buick in Boulder, who informed me that they had many Enclaves on their lot that I could come drive. I ended purchasing a new Enclave from McCadden. My experience with McCadden was the polar opposite - it was exceptional!!! The behavior of this Grand Buick Dealership is what gives car dealers a bad name!!!! Go to a dealership that does not lie to it's customers, in an attempt to gain their business.

I love my sierra, let me emphasize. Love my sierra. But i will never, never return to grand or affliate of doug morlin again. Aside from the very small selection of trucks, the impossibility to negotiate, it took so long to get my truck even after we agreed to a price and the truck it took almost an hour to get into finance. The guy was cool bought everything i wanted at a fair price. Warranty and Gap which my friend recommended to me. The real issue is that i was shorted on my taxes, i went to register my truck and the plates didnt exist. I called the dealership and spoketi nancy the title clerk she explained that 1100 or so needed to be paid for taxes. I asked to speak to the manager and never, never got a call back. I asked to speak to Tim the general manager and it took about a week t get a call back from him. He said hed figure it out and get back to me. Finally maybe 3 days later he says look well split it. Fine! Get me my plates please. So i gave him a credit card over the phone. In the past i had a similar issue at another dealership and they ate the taxes. Thats customer service. Im not happy at all. Even without the tax issue, the sales guy knew nothing about the car, didnt even go over one feature on thr truck. It took me 3 days to figure it out on my own. I just wouldnt recommend this place to anyone or return for anything what so ever. I love my truck, i will buy another GM, but NOT FROM GRAND.

Worst experience ever. Everyone there is a big liar. these guys sold me a truck that was never theirs. Todd me that they'd have the truck that i bought ready by Saturday But told me that their 2 techs called in so there was no way to fit me in. They lied to me so that they could have more time to figure out what to do. Come Monday they lied to me saying that the truck is finishing up inspection and that it would be ready that day. We went in and found out that the truck they sold me wasnt theirs and tried to up sell me so I'd still buy something. On top of that they kept all this from their GM. Can't and won't buy from these guys. Watch out for andy the sales manager he's the biggest liar of all. i wouldn't buy from here. This place is a joke! I feel terrible for anyone gutsy enough to but from here. Their response sounds like B.S. yes they might of not known but why lie about it and lie when i call on Monday to tell me that the car is being worked on. And then to tell me when i showed up on Monday that my car is ready? Honestly, if your sales manager andy told me on Saturday that he screwed up and that he would make it right I would of taken the offer but to have everyone lie to me come on! The offer that they gave me was 700 dollars more for a package that should of came with the first truck that was also told to me by their sales person. Really? Don't try to cover this up and own your screw up and lies. Just tell everyone that you guys lie to get want you want and that might make me happy. Trust me... everyone will hear about this and with that response that was given was another lie to make you guys sound good. Anyone can beat Doug trust me! Anyone! Please do not let this happen to you!

I have gone 4 times to motor vehicle to pick up my plates and they have not been ready. at this point they wont even give me another temporary. I called and response was, well let me see what I can do. really I am paying for a vehicle I cant even drive! this is so sad. at this point I would rather give back my car and call lit don't with.

It appears the buying experience here is good, but hopefully you do not need to use the service department which is a whole other experience. I needed my power steering serviced and called for an appointment, the wait was going to be over a week so I took my car to Echopark who got it in the same day. Echopark found that i needed a new power steering pump at a cost of $800 and suggested I see if the pump was under warranty. I called Grand and told them what was going on and Grand said the repair would be covered under my warranty and that they would have to do the repair as a "certified GMC" service department. I took my vehicle to them and after they inspected it they came up with the same diagnoses but said it was not going to be covered and said I was looking at $4,200 in repairs. I asked what the cost of the replacing the power steering pump would be and was quoted $1,700.......that was $900 more than Echopark. Long story short, I took my vehicle back to Echopark and saved myself $900 dealt with service writers who were 100% more knowledgable.

We have a transportation business with 7 vehicles in our fleet. For a "better" service I took one of my vehicles to this dealer. I dropped off my car very early morning to replace all the fluids of my SUV. I was told it's going to take a few hours which is a great time for a dealer that take about 2 hours just to replace engine oil. So It took them 11 and a half hours to finish the job. I lost some of my own business. What would you do if they wasted your time like that?

Their service department is horrible. They don't return calls when they say they will, they don't follow up, they leave you on hold forever and then hang up on you. I expected nothing less than 1 star service from a company that makes 1 star vehicles. My girlfriend has sworn she will never purchase another GM product once we trade in her Regal.
