Chaotic Theoretician
Shower valve was replaced but we have no hot water after service. Over $700 for less than 2 hours work and I still can't take a shower. Unsatisfied customer.
EDIT: Within 30 minutes of notifying the company of the issue, even though after hours, the owner called me and provided information that resolved the problem. Great service!

I had him complete the lesser of the 2 jobs and am waiting on a better estimate for other job. He completed the job within a timely manner and was very polite and professional. Responsive! Scheduling was easy, and had them out the next day. Michael was excellent. He tried a simple fix first, when that didn’t fix the leak, he gave me an estimate on the spot to make the repair and complete the work. We had a break in our water main on a Saturday (heard it rushing through the pipes in our walls with no water running inside the house), had the city turn the water off the next day. Shopped around for plumbers/repairpeople on Sunday and Monday. After three quotes/visits, we went with 1900plumber because they were the most responsive, the nicest, and the most affordable. Had the work done on Wednesday in less time they said it would be done and the work was less invasive to our neighbors than we thought it may be. They did a great job and we're so glad to have the water running and the meter behaving normally!
