Dillon came out and listened to my issue, assessed the situation, tested to find a leak, and then immediately went to work fixing it. I was way overthinking the problem and he helped me find it and resolve it. The team bills hourly at $190 which was well worth the issue being fixed.

Richard arrived on time with mask on, diagnosed the problem, provided an acceptable quote, and completed the agreed upon work to my complete satisfaction. We had our pipes(approx. 30'-36') from the kitchen sink to the main lines replaced. The technicians were on time and very professional. We will definitely have our future plumbing issues done with 1-800-Plumber, no doubt. And, we already know we will have more work done in the future. (Very old plumbing that needs to be replaced.) It's nice to know we have a professional and reliable company we can contact from here on out. I would highly recommend this company and their services to anyone I know!

yesterday was the third time I've had this company come to my house to replace pipes. The technicians that have been sent here are absolutely wonderful guys!!! A little shout out to Michael, Richard and Dillon. We have never had any issues with this company and everything has always gone as expected. The technicians always go above and beyond. They do an excellent job cleaning after the job is performed. They're very personable guys and a pleasure to have in our home. Safety is always a priority especially, with a pandemic going on and the extra precautions that are needed to be taken. Again, I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!!! If you're in need of plumbing or AC services, look no further! I promise you you'll thank yourself later!

I had a few small things to look at such as a toilet, and kitchen sink as well as the water heater.
The young gentleman who came was very courteous and polite, and a great listener to the details of the problems. Very professional and thoughtful. I really liked that he explained things and tried to educate me. That shows respect for my wanting to understand and learn.
