Aron from 1-800 Plumber came out to fix a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. I know nothing about plumbing and was really quite relieved that Aron was personable and knowledgable enough to explain the process to a layperson. The other quote I received was out of thin air, so the fact that he was able to explain the reasoning behind his quote made me more confident that he had a plan. The cost was acceptable, the work seems to be quite good, and he didn't make any mess for me. 10/10

We got a new kitchen faucet installed. Keltan was our plumber and he was very helpful and professional. I'd call this company again, but I definitely will have to save my dollars and cents before I call. A delta faucet with spray in the faucet plus installation was $1218. We had a party planned for the next day and I was overwhelmed with work so I didn't seek any other bids, so I agreed, but that cost hurt the credit card a lot!

Skylar was excellent from the very beginning! He came in person to look at what was needed for the job (we had another estimate from someone over the phone). He also give us an estimate with options that we could choose from. He explained in detail what was needed and he answered all of our questions, most of which before we even asked them! He was so friendly and extremely efficient with the install! Everything was working great when he was done and he gave us excellent advice for maintaining the new water line. I will definitely call him if we ever have another plumbing install or need again! I also highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs, he is the GO TO PLUMBER!!

I knew it was a simple problem, but despite spending an hour looking on YouTube, I didn't know what the solution was. Brandon came out, explained how I could fix the hose-bib in my garage myself, charged me for the service call, and saved me time, money, and worry. I replaced the hose-bib the next day in under 5 minutes and all is well. I appreciated the education and his kindness. Will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing problems.
