Jason came out to cap faucet on outside of our commercial building. Homeless people kept breaking off lock, and this time they broke off entire hose bib and water was flowing into street. My water bill has gone up $1000 month last few months because of their use. Our building is complex, and another plumbing service quoted us $4000 to fix. Jason figured out how to cap it without damaging drywall or concrete, for $500. He was very pleasant and determined to fix it. Total time about 2 hours. Really helped us.

In the middle of remodeling our kitchen we discovered that our gas stove shut off valve was damaged. They were able to come out the very next day and help us make the necessary adjustments to keep our family safe and move forward with our project. They sent us a picture of the person who would be coming and gave us a little bit of their background so we knew exactly what to expect when the person showed up. He was prompt and professional definitely worth the price we paid which by far was more reasonable than any of the other quotes we received!

Excellent customer service! Quick response from initial contact, to service appointment. We thought we had a hot water heater/pipe problem. Was expecting to find ways to tighten our belt and get this major expense handled...but, it was a loose valve from a dishwasher installation done months ago by another company. Just paid the minimum service call as promised. Honest, reliable, and courteous. Will keep them on file for sure.
