Richard and his team were wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. I needed them to return and they were prompt and wouldn't leave until the fault had been found and fixed.. I had a boiler and flue replacement and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Richard will now be my default call-upon Gas Safe Engineer.

I had a water softener fitted and all is working well. My greatest satisfaction is with the Pettifer standard of communication which was always prompt and courteous. I had recently been repeatedly let down by companies that simply never returned phone calls, texts, emails etc.
