I had a water softener fitted and all is working well. My greatest satisfaction is with the Pettifer standard of communication which was always prompt and courteous. I had recently been repeatedly let down by companies that simply never returned phone calls, texts, emails etc.

Extremely pleased with the excellent service from the team at Pettifer Plumbing.
Deanne at the office organised everything at short notice after sending Richard through to look at what was needed, as I was having some issues with my central heating.
The lads (David, Jamie and Simon) came over within a couple of days and flushed through the heating system thoroughly, with minimal disruption to me. They serviced the boiler whilst they were there, saving me time and another booking.
Also had them change the bathroom shower mixer and basin taps for new - working perfectly and a lovely clean and tidy Job there too.
I can’t rate this team highly enough for their skill and courtesy. Would highly recommend and shall ask them back in a month or so to replace my existing old radiators for new. Thank you!!
