Had escape of water coming down from my ceiling thought it was coming from my ensuite bathroom called British Gas Homecare who came out only to be told sorry we don’t cover showers , and I pay £50 a month for what . I then looked for a plumber and found these guys well was I impressed they came out as advised in the morning between times given not only by their genuine character and solid work ethic they assessed where the water was coming in from and could they fix the problem YES they did, the same day, and No it wasn’t from the shower as advised by BRITISH GAS they located the burst pipe in the ceiling of the utility room. But what happened next is what has earned my future business and recommendation. When they replaced the pipe the same time 2 hours later leaking stopped and pipe repaired. Got given a price before starting the work and no hidden extras at the end of the job . VERY FAIR PRICES .......... I have never had such incredible customer service and I will never call anyone else when I need a plumber again . Pettifer Plumbing you did a great job well done lads . This is how you do business.
