I called on May 26th to have someone come look at an issue we were having with no hot water in our main bathroom, and a flush problem. Richard visited on June 2nd, he was friendly and efficient. I was told I'd get a quote for the work that needed to be done and to book another appointment. Since June 2nd I have not heard back from them. I've called twice to get an update, the first time I was told I'd get a quote the same day. No email, no follow up. Two weeks later I've called back and tried to leave a voicemail, and the voice mail system hung up on me. It's safe to say this wasn't a job on their priority list and I've been left hanging. On to the next...to find another local plumbing company.

It's the first time I've had a boiler repair and Pettifer arrived promptly and got on with the work. This Worcester accredited team gave the confidence they knew what they were doing. They did some tricky, minor DIY to get the boiler out, and replace a pressure relief valve tucked away in the back – a job that's also guaranteed for a year.
