Jen and her team has been handling the sale of our property, we're in the midst of things now, but I have been so absolutely impressed with Trading Places. When we moved into our flat 10 years ago, Steve showed us around a property, we were so impressed we said when we sell, we will use them. We stuck to that and we're so glad we did. They're outstanding and deserve all the positive feedback they receive. They provide a very personal service and keep in touch at every step. Look no further if you want a GREAT Estate Agent!
UPDATE Nov 2020: sadly the sale fell through, but Jen treated us so well despite this extremely frustrating situation. We've had a bit of work done now and will be putting it back on the market in Jan 2021. We will absolutely be using Trading places again
UPDATE Mar 2021: we've sold our flat now with the help of Jen and the team. Thank you so much for all the help and advice over the months and for sticking with us. Trading places are OUTSTANDING!

Had a great experience with Gary and Erlandas letting out our HMO property. They were very efficient and diligent. We have used many agents over the years but I really liked the service we received here. The check in process with tenants was a breeze. They have great systems in place to cover both the tenant and landlords interests. We will definitely be using them again.

Trading Places looked after my rental property in Leytonstone for the best part of 10 years. They also took care of marketing and selling the property in December 2020, which was done in less than 9 weeks from the offer being made to completion!!. We recently sold our house through Trading places. And in fact bought it from them too several years ago! Jen and Gary have been fantastic. They are an outstanding agent, quick to respond, transparent, honest and helpful. I never felt I had to chase anything during any stage. They made it as easy as possible for us and I had absolute confidence in them. Their team (Steve supported our sale) are equally professional and do a fantastic job. We had an amazing experience with Trading Places Leytonstone. We interacted with two agents in particular, Erlandas and Jamie, who were very lovely, helpful and friendly. They worked fast and regularly updated us to meet our very quick move, they were always available to answer (so many) of our questions and tried to accommodate us in every way possible to make us satisfied with our new home. Trading places and the agents have really made a very stressful move a more pleasant experience for us. Always on time, always available and so so helpful! Definitely Recommend! :)

From when I was preparing my house for rental to the tenants moving in, Jamie and Erlandas were a pleasure to deal with. They were straight forward, and always replied so quickly to my emails that it is obvious that they are on top of their job, not buried under a piling system.
Usually I manage the house myself, but I was so impressed with Trading Places that I have handed that over to them as well.
