I had great service with no hard sell or pressure from Jenny and her team at Trading Places. I had plenty of viewings with a fair number of offers. Considering we were going through lock down and rather uncertain times, Jenny and her team were available as and when required and helped guide the sale through to completion. I would recommend Trading Places.

I bought my home through Trading Places over ten years ago and the service then was so good that I automatically came back to them when I needed to rent out my flat. Nothing had changed :) Still the same friendly, informative, excellent service that I remembered. Jamie was incredibly informative, patient with my questions, really responsive to emails and just great to work with. Would highly recommend and will come back to them again for any future needs.

I was looking for a place since May 2020 and experience wasn't pleasant. But i'm glad i found those guys. In the end we didn't rent a place with this agency, but the process and communication about property and viewings was outstanding. Gary was very helpful, very responsive and polite. All confimations were coming on time and looking very professional, it's really builds the trust between potential tenants and agent.
I will defintally come back on my next move.

I would definitely recommend using Trading Places if you plan on selling or buying a property. We bought our house through them and they were really helpful and surprisingly humane (it's a weird thing to say but most agencies aren't). They were really efficient and made the sale happen when our solicitors were being really useless and dragging their feet. We dealt with Steve Randall and Jennifer Butler there and they were both really helpful.

We advertised the sale of our house through Trading Places, couldn't fault the service provided, everyone was professional and helpful throughout. Unfortunately we had to withdraw part way through the process and even then Jen was most understanding - marks out of 10? at least 12 we would say!

Once again, Trading Places have done a fantastic job letting my property. The most important thing they do is that they listen to what people want, and then make it happen, which is more important to them than just doing a deal, which is what sets them aside from the bigger Estate Agents. They are a small, family concern, and they survive on their excellent reputation. They work equally for the Landlord and the Tenant by ensuring the property is fully legal and safe and by doing all the necessary background checks on the new tenant. Landlord and Tenant equally happy. I recommend without hesitation.

Jen and her team truly went over and above. Our house was in the market for many months and they didn't lose faith.
