Jennifer was our main point of contact during the sales process. Nothing was too much trouble and she made sure that we knew what was happening at every step of the way. She advised us on how to make what can be a long and stressful process as easy as possible.
If you're looking for a local firm that knows how to get you a good price for your property, puts an emphasis on honest feedback and values clear concise communication then we'd highly recommend them.

Trading Places in Leytonstone sold our London flat twice! I say twice because the first sale fell through just at the time of settlement. This however, was not the fault of the agents. I mention this because it was a devastating and expensive outcome for us, but Jamie Gordon the agency manager took over and went above and beyond to help us through this difficult time. As a result we sold our flat again soon after and got more than the previous offer. Also the bright side of the bad situation was that we found another house which we would not have found if the original sale went through and in the process we made a friend of Jamie who we are really grateful to and who has become a good friend and one we hope to see again some day in different circumstances. So if you’re looking for an agent/agency in Leytonstone to help you get the best from your sale I recommend you try Trading Places in Church Street Leytonstone.

Trading Places went by the book and we’re happy with it. Since we moved they been helpful and in touch with our concerns. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agency. They are correct, kind and thoughtful.
We rented a flat from them and it went absolutely smooth. The process is a bit bureaucratic but when you’re moving countries you need a bit of security.
Everyone in the company is great, with a special shout out to Erlandas and Gary who made our lives easier and our move happen.

Looking at the other reviews I am not alone. Don't take a risk these guys are a legit and a good agency can be the difference between a sale and fail. I thought they would struggle with my instruction and they were truly the difference in my eyes.

Recently sold my property through Trading Places, with Jen as my main contact. From start to finish I found her to be very professional, but also friendly and always happy to have a chat and give her opinion on the housing market etc. She obviously knows her stuff and the area, and is clearly not just a sales person trying her hand at selling properties.
Communication was always excellent, providing regular updates on the progress of my sale, and if Jen wasn't available to speak to then one of her colleagues was always able to pick up the query and deal with it on her behalf.
Can't fault Jen or Trading Places on the service they provide. Probably why they've been in business for so long.

Jamie and Rosie have been so helpful in securing our new flat and tenancy. They've have always been very clear on the details and really quick to get back to us about our questions. They also both went out of their way to help us when the situation became very difficult due to problems with a previous landlord reference, helping us to overcome some issues and prevent problems with our new tenancy.
UPDATE - the above was written 2.5 years ago at the start of our tenancy. We've just moved on but Trading Places were brilliant throughout and made the end of tenancy super easy. Deposit returned quickly too. I think the first letting agent I've ever liked!!
