Just did not like the food selection at all. Nothing really good here that I like to eat or drink. Service was wonderful though and the place is beautiful and clean. Lovely patio.

I’ve been here about 5 times. My husband and I come in expecting the current visit to be better than the last, and we’re always a little let down. I love how their foods are healthy, hip and tailored to many different diets. (Vegan, VEG, GF, DF) I love their decor and how open their kitchen is. However, the flavor is not on point, most their food needs probably double the seasoning. I ordered their butternut squash soup and it was green, not orange, almost watery and very sweet. Every time I order their latté, the milk is scorched so the drink is ruined. Their table service is nice, but inconsistent. I will say our server Andy was very kind and welcoming this past Sunday! I cook similar things at home and even work at a place similar to this, I might as well go home or go to my workplace for lunch. Honestly, I’d go back if someone invited me because it’s good, I just know it can be better! :)

So I didn’t plan on going here, but they were open while the place I wanted to go was closed. Their menu wasn’t super extensive, but I think this is mainly a place for vegans or vegetarians. Lots of healthy stuff. My food wasn’t bad, the burger could of had more flavor. The jack fruit starter was a nice surprise though!! I wouldn’t personally come back, but I would definitely recommend to those with specific dietary needs.

Nice team of people working there. Good food for what it is. But its expensive and the portions are very small. 3 out of 4 of us went for lunch and felt hungry after and all 4 of us felt like our pockets were too light for what we got.

The food was undeniably healthy, but the service was subpar. My table group and I waited over 10 minutes to be served by a waiter, and some of the entrees (like steak tacos and a burger) were mistakenly served cold. Overall, the experience was not worth the price.

Decent place to eat lots of options but the position size is small given the fact that it's a health restaurant it may work out that ways lol. Quality and taste are good but wish they had a little more zing in the service and taste.

We went for Mother's Day, nice restaurant. The decor was lively and comfortable, we loved it! My son ordered a vegan pizza which was excellent. I had the Grilled fish tacos which were good but seemed to lack a little flavor. The Poke Bowl is what the wife ordered, it was pretty a small portion for the $22.00 price tag. My son's girlfriend had the Smashed Avocado Toast, she said it was yummy. The date and banana smoothie was incredible, highly recommended!!! The Margherita Pizza was okay, not a pizza place so that is expected, would not get again. Only 3 stars for the cost of the food. I guess the area and the quality of ingredients justifies the high prices.

Overrated! Service was good, so 3 stars. Food is not good. Tried a few things on the menu, since they opened up in The Woodlands. Salads, salmon etc., all not great. Today the fish taco's, $19,- (so definitely not $$, but more $$$) for 2 fish taco's that were awful! True Foods is a food chain! Overpriced, and nothing special food wise. Will not return.

It’s a really great place, and the staff are phenomenal! However, I definitely got food poisoning from this place. So, although the food was soooo tasty, I personally got food poisoning. I ate the butternut squash pizza, and had a kale aid, and finished it with the butternut squash pie. All vegan options!

Great service. Decent food. Lot of options for vegans, vegetarians & gluten free seekers. The soup of the day was marketed as hot Thai coconut chicken soup but it was just Thai green curry with mushrooms. Dumplings are more of wannabe dumplings. Just flat small semicircles stuffed with a little bit of edamame. Margherita pizza was too void of anything other than cheese. Chicken teriyaki bowl for kids was good but could use more flavors. The juices were good.

The atmosphere and food is good, but it's way too expensive for the food you are getting. I understand the food is of high quality but the value isn't there for me. A teriyaki chicken bowl should not cost $18 when it's mostly grains and veggies. You can eat better at multiple restaurants within walking distance...but maybe this restaurant isn't meant for people like me.
