The food is O.K., but the prices are a bit exaggerated.

Very good food. Very good service. Im a repeat customer in Denver and Houston. Consistently good across the board. HOWEVER, this location has a lot of flies. Flies on my food, a fly landed & died in my drink. Will not return to this location any time soon.

Very expensive, but the food is of excellent quality. It was a nice change from the usual places.

I have eaten here both dine-in and takeout about a total of 15 times. I love the autumn squash soup, it's my absolute favorite. The burgers are delicious, too (both turkey/beef). Sadly, my kids got the chicken pizza (the one with caramelized onions) and got food poisoning. It's a real shame...must not be practicing safe food handling. My husband also had a slice of their pizza and felt icky to his stomach. My kids ate 2-3 slices each and threw up the entire pizza, the toppings specifically. Please, I hope someone in management sees this and does some preventative work. This occured on Sat, Nov 11 around 6-7pm. The chicken must have been old or not properly cooked or something.. Honorably, the wait staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I have dietary restrictions and food sensitivities and the wait staff is always attentive and non-judgemental. I will probably still come back for the autumn squash soup because it's the best in town IMO. But to dine-in and have my family eat there again, not so sure with the 1/15th chance someone will get food poisoning.

The food is delicious, but today I was not happy, I ordered by uber eats and my order did not arrive complete and also the portion was smaller this time.

The food is great, but at some point, it just isn't worth going when you I get crappie service. The hostesses were the only 2 that greeted me in a coherent manner. There were plenty of wait staff, but most were in groups with their hands and arms on the food prep counter, looking down at a phone.l, which at that point has made me nauseous. Our waitress was suboptimal. I advise the mgr to let the kids you hire know what TIPS stands for.

Server took a long time to greet us. The table was not set. The old fashion was too sweet and watered down. The seafood curry sauce tasted like it was straight from a can. Not the worst experience but I won't be going back.

My salmon was overcooked and not properly cleaned - the bloodline wasn't removed. Seabass was fantastic.

Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Price was outrageous for what you get. I got the quinoa bowl with 8oz of chicken for 30$. Mediocre taste and likely not 8oz chicken. Portion was small. Would not recommend this place due to its high pricing, small portions and mediocre food taste.

Just moved to woodlands and this is my 2nd time eating over here in thia area with not a good experience each time. 1st time eating here. Hibiscus limeade was nice. Server was really nice but we didn't get any silverware or napkins. Was recommended this place but food was not that great. Food was not cooked right the first time. Sent it back and found a long hair in the burger. I had a vegan pizza and it was lacking in flavor but decent. I know when a restaurant is bad when I think to myself "I can make better food than this" at home. I really want to show these "chefs" how to cook. It's not hard to cook good vegan dishes. I do it frequently. Unfortunately will not be back to eat here or this area.

Chicken and sausage pizza is good. The apple lemonade was a waste of money. The selections are not the best. The grass fed burger was very small for the price. The customer service is wonderful but the food isn’t really all of that. I had to try it out though.

This place is WAY overpriced for what you get. I ordered a avocado chicken wrap and I could barely taste the avocado. I couldn’t see avocado on the wrap and it tasted like a grocery store wrap. Only difference was it cost $15 ! My wife bought a kale salad and it was overpriced as well and not even organic. You can buy a bettter salad at Whole Foods. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Food was ok. Service was slow. Drinks have no refill and they top then with ice. I would not return to this restsurant. It is not comparable to the one in OC,CA.

I had previous reviewed this place at 5 stars. I love the ancient grains bowl, but this time I show up and the place is filthy. I had to fight flies the whole dinner. The wine classes are dirty with gunk on them. There is dirty silverware. My beer class has stuff on the side I had to scrape off. We got appetizer plates that we sent back because it had old food still on it. For a $90 dinner for two, I think it would have been cleaner to eat out of a dog food bowl. For the price and experience, dinner was definitely ruined. Sad because we were really excited to come back.

Not what it used to be. The last two times I ate the food from True Food Kitchen, the food was very disappointing. Granted one of the times I ordered was through DoorDash and the food that arrived was just meh…sure it’s not like eating it Hot at the restaurant but I’ve ordered a lot through DoorDash at various restaurants all over the US and I’ve had a lot of wow meals. This was simply not one. I thought, well, maybe the food was disappointing bc it was through DoorDash? Sooo, I gave True Food Kitchen another try and went in person. We ordered two meals and one came with sweet potatoes that looked like they had been microwaved several times over or zapped for far too long in the microwave or might have been from yesterday’s meals. And the second order was a curry that was super watery and the Brussels sprouts were half cold half warm. For the prices that one pays, at 16$ or more a meal… I’d expect more. I gave this establishment 2 stars bc the manager came out and actually did not charge for the meals.

I received subpar service at this venue. Our drinks (water & raspberry lemonade) took extremely long to be given to us. About an hour. The waiter didn’t seem to know what he was doing and seemed very forgetful. It took forever for us to receive our food and when we received it, it was cold. I had to remind the server about the things that I needed when I’d already ordered them. Such as my coffee. Terrible service. Won’t be back
