While here for business, I decided to go to this restaurant because I am familiar with it in the DMV area. I was only acknowledged and seated by the host. I waited 15 minutes, and no one came to serve me. I observed another party come in and was served immediately after being seated.....Totally disappointed

Late last night, I was in the middle of enjoying my food from the woodlands location. Chewing away…I’m bliss. Then I felt something in my mouth…weird…wth…it was a long stringy hair. Like a foot long thin stringy hair in my food I’m so traumatized and disgusted I don’t think I’ll be eating out any time soon.

1. Waitress was visibly tired, overworked and hence definitely non courteous.
2. When main course was served a different waiter came and put plate on top of my appetizer plate… like seriously??????
3. Food was quite bland but very healthy and freshly made.
4. We got somebody else’s bill ♀️ When we pointed that out our waitress casually said “Oh yes! That’s not yours. Yours is much less!!” What do you mean???? That’s so impolite!!!! For a family of 2 adults & a kid, a bill of $60 should be good enough right?
Well, this was not our first choice honestly. But definitely not going back again!!! Complete waste of money and mood.

Extremely ordinary food which caused immediate acidity. Pathetic service with food going all over the place. Seat was dirty and wet. Stay away from this restaurant. Service was quite ordinary. Not a restaurant you want to see in an upscale market street.

This place is complete TRASH!! The food is horrible! Shrimp under cooked, chicken over cooked, sauce like dish water. OMG, I must say one of the worst places I've ever had the displeasure to dine at. I wouldn't spend another dime here!!

Dried out useless food and unethical management. I placed an $73 order from this place, which included two vegan double cheeseburger on July 21. I picked up the order and took it home. When I opened the vegan burgers I noticed the what was supposed to be the protein are two pieces of dried out patties. They were as dried and hard as cardboards. The burgers were not eatable so I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She apologized, told me she is issuing full refund for those items, plus discount on future purchase. Today is august 13 and still no refund.
I called a week after the incident and spoke to another manager. He told me the refund was coming from the corporate office and usually take 7 business days. Well, do the math. The unethical nature of this organization is worse than the dried out burger that they sold me. I has no intention on publicizing this matter but they left me no option. Trickery and unethical conduct doesn’t deserve a star.

We decided to try True Food Kitchen for the first time today and place to-go order. We liked the concept of large meals to go so it could help meal prep for the week and save us time. However, upon checking our food at home, we discovered the steak was not cooked properly. It tasted like rubber! Furthermore, upon checking the sweet potato hash, we found a piece of wiring in the food!! How is this acceptable?? I will never eat at this restaurant again and will recommend all my colleagues to avoid this place.

Ordered grass fed burger w/ side Kale salad--don't do it .
Burger was like cardboard, kale salad a pile of bitter greens. Other menu items most likely better tasting.
