Muhammed Ali
I recently had a disappointing experience here that I feel compelled to share. After expressing keen interest in a potential opportunity they presented, I was initially met with enthusiasm and encouragement. However, the situation quickly took a turn for the worse when I received no response after two days of follow-up calls and emails.
I was then contacted and stated we will contact you mid January. Despite being reassured that I would hear back by mid-January, I was ultimately left in the dark once again. The false hope provided by the recruitment agency only added to my disappointment and frustration. It's not just about the eagerness for the job itself, but the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by the agency.
Being ghosted after showing genuine interest in a job opportunity is not only disheartening but also unprofessional. As someone who values clear communication and transparency, I found this experience to be devastating. Moving forward, I would caution others entering the working world against placing their trust like I did too only be let down.
