Excellent experience from first contact to ultimately securing a suitable placement. Giles looked after me in a very professional and friendly manner. He used his expertise and experience to ensure I was put forward for the most suitable positions for my skill set and found me a new role very quickly. I can't recommend Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment highly enough. Matt

The people I dealt with were efficient and responded to me on time. A few of the details of the offer were mis-communicated to me which prevents me from giving them five stars. They were friendly, and worked hard on my behalf.

Not a great experience at all, spent unnecessary time and effort being processed for jobs that don’t exist, very poor communication too.

Had to chase Darren for the rejection reason. I knew I hadn’t gotten the role but had to chase for them to confirm I didn’t. Either way I should’ve been informed once the employer informed AW I’d been rejected (they didn’t let me know I had to chase). They also couldn’t disclose the rejection reason straight away which is silly because they’ve already made the decision not to hire me (the justification should be provided the same time as the actual rejection). Also (and this isn’t AW fault) but the reason for rejection was for something totally outside of my control, so feel a little hard done by if I’m honest.

I recently had a disappointing experience here that I feel compelled to share. After expressing keen interest in a potential opportunity they presented, I was initially met with enthusiasm and encouragement. However, the situation quickly took a turn for the worse when I received no response after two days of follow-up calls and emails. I was then contacted and stated we will contact you mid January. Despite being reassured that I would hear back by mid-January, I was ultimately left in the dark once again. The false hope provided by the recruitment agency only added to my disappointment and frustration. It's not just about the eagerness for the job itself, but the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by the agency. Being ghosted after showing genuine interest in a job opportunity is not only disheartening but also unprofessional. As someone who values clear communication and transparency, I found this experience to be devastating. Moving forward, I would caution others entering the working world against placing their trust like I did too only be let down.
