Without a doubt the BEST home improvement experience I have ever had!! I'm in a brand new built home and hired a contractor to install Rustoleum's Rock Solid epoxy floor in my garage. BIG MISTAKE!! After six weeks the product was still tacky. I contacted Rustoleum to inquire how I may help the product cure. I was asked for the product number which I did not have so I sent them a copy of my receipt. Without my asking I was offered a full refund...why? Because the product is horrible!!
Fast forward to making contact with Ben Belk. I liked him immediately and knew he would make my garage floor look the way I expected. I was not disappointed!! The crew was amazing!! Personable, knowledgeable and wiling to answer all of my questions. They kept me informed throughout every step of the process. What an incredible difference! I am very happy and beyond satisfied!! I like the product that is produced. The people have been great to work with. However, I would like to recommend that some of the communications be improved because the cabinets do have a much longer lead time. I appreciate the time and attention given throughout the process. Everyone that has invested their time and energy does take the process very seriously. Aside from that, I believe the products will hold up well and stand the test of time. I look forward to using everything that was installed in my garage.

After calling Garage Experts, Ben came out to help create a garage solution. He was able to accommodate on the appointment time and spent over an hour and a half, unrushed, developing a concept. Once we came up with our design, Ben was in communication on every step, from the scheduling of the flooring, installation of overhead racks, fabricating and installing custom cabinetry and follow up. His staff is incredibly professional, polite and courteous. The products look and feel extremely well crafted. I couldn't be happier with how the garage turned out. I have already recommended Garage Experts to my family and friends that are looking to better organize their garage.

Great job! We love our new garage floor. Our garage floor (in our 3 year old house) was not poured properly and we had white dust coming up constantly. After researching this issue, we decided the best way to resolve this issue was to get an epoxy floor coating. Ben did a great job explaining the entire process and the crew was great. Very professional. The floor looks amazing, and best of all, no more white dust leaching up. We would recommend Garage Experts.

The list could go on and on about how great this company truly is. We recently moved to Texas and were told that great workers/companies are hard to come by; often people take your deposit and then run; NOT this company.
Garage Experts stands behind their product for the lifetime of the product. They also shine with their customer service. It is possible that hiccups may happen, and in our case a few did, but Ben and his coworkers were there immediately to fix any issue. Ben went the extra mile to respond immediately to any concerns and arrive ASAP to view them to listen to our issue.
Listening to your customer is a key part to running a great business. This company does that and more. They understand that the customers expectations are whats important. If you don't feel satisfied, they're there to fix it and impress you.
Our 3 car garage floor looks amazing. We chose the middle of the line level and couldn't be happier. We also had 2 storage racks installed above the garage door. They are the best "hidden" storage you could ask for! Only took about 3 hours to install and compliments are garage greatly.
Overall, I recommend Garage Expects greatly to any person who is ever considering work in their garage. The company does more than just floors. What are you waiting for!? Give them a call!

If you are looking to have your garage floor coated and/or storage cabinets installed, this is the company for you. Ben, along with his work crews are extremely reliable, competent, efficient, and friendly. The products are outstanding and the costs are exceptionally reasonable. I have had their coatings applied to multiple floors, slat wall and cabinetry installed in 2 projects - each looks great and holds up to any garage 'wear and tear'. They are professional and efficient in scheduling and managing the project. They also clean-up after the work is complete. They truly care about the products and services provided.

I had my garage floor redone by Garage Exports. I had Ben come to my house for an estimate. He was on time, pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable about his business. Ben stayed in contact to keep me updated on scheduling and visited several times during installation. The installation crew was on time, polite, careful and skilled. The floor turned out wonderfully and the area was left cleaner than they found it. All in all, a 5 star experience.
