I was greeted by friendly ladies at the front desk. My waiting room time was very short. Everyone the medical assistant, Xray techs, Dr Hoesing and Dr McCarthy treated me with care.

I've previously received excellent care from Dr. Music and Dr. Treves. After living in constant back pain for nearly ten years, I am now pain free most days! When I began having carpal tunnel symptoms, I, of course, sought treatment from this group of physicians! Dr. McCarthy performed surgery on both wrists one week ago. I've had minimal post op pain with very little swelling; I'm already able to wear my wedding rings. Both Dr. McCarthy and his MA, Jessica, listened and provided excellent care. I will always seek ortho treatment from this group and I recommend them without reservation!

Amazing staff and Dr McCarthy is in a league of his own.. at the top. His knowledge and expertise is epic. The staff there is amazing.. we won’t ever go anywhere else. Amazing experience. My experience is of course personal and subjective, but there was virtually no wait time before I was called in to my exam room. I googled and read Dr. McCarthy's bio after my nurse took my information because I like to see what my doctor looks like prior to the visit. I was then visited by a PA, who heard my information again and performed some routine testing of my issue, and concurred with my condition. She was able to access some recent xrays through the MyChart portal which helped Dr. McCarthy get a visual of the reason for my visit. Upon entering, the doctor asked me what I was there for. I clearly stated my condition. He was beyond knowledgeable about it and gave me an option for surgery that two others doctors said I'd have to wait 15 years to get. He presented a convenient timeline at my discretion for the surgical option and gave me the cortisone shot I asked for using a technique I'd never experienced before. I received full color paperwork describing my issue with all options available to alleviate it. It was a very positive experience with a doctor who is incredibly knowledgeable about many aspects of orthopedics. Highly recommend.

I've been seeing Dr McCarthy for more than 15 years and he's the greatest! Would never change doctors. He's the best! And having him at the office in Millard is awesome, right around the corner from me!

I made an appt with Dr McCarthy at the Millard clinic for the first time and it was great! He got me right in, had x-rays & treatment all within 40 minutes.
Dr. McCarthy & his staff were all very friendly & extremely attentive. I will definitely go back if needed and would highly recommend them.

Dr McCarthy is an experienced professional and knowledgeable surgeon. He has fixed my capal tunnel issue and ‘trigger finger’ issue. My capal experience was especially good, I was healed up in a week with zero side effects. Plus, he is a very personable guy. Rare for a doctor these days. I recommend him wholeheartedly. RQ OMAHA NE

I was very impressed with MD West One from my first phone call to set up my 1st appointment. Teresa answered the phone and was ever so polite and helpful while setting up my appointment with Dr. McCarthy. When I arrived for my appointment this morning I was totally overwhelmed with the facility. Beautiful building with plenty of parking.
I was greeted when I walked in the door by a very friendly young lady. I was told where to
go for my appointment. I only
waited a few minutes I was called by nurse/tech & directed
back to a room where I was asked about the reason for my visit. Once that was completed she left room. Not b4 she said the Doctor would be in shortly.
In a few minutes Dr. McCarthy
came and we got right to the reason for my visit. After a very pleasant exchange the Doctor said he was ordering a test & he would return later. I had the test by Sara and soon the Doctor returned and told me I had carpal tunnel & he was going to give me a shot. I got the shot and out the door I went.

Dr. McCarthy does a great job of explaining what's going on and what to expect. My surgery went great. He is also very efficient, gets you in and out in a timely manner. The other Dr there seems to feel his time is more important than his patients and has wait times well over 45 minutes before even getting called to a room to see the nurse. Just my opinion, but that's something he should work on, it's very rude. Dr McCarthy is great.
