CRI is first class in customer service. I have dealt with two DNA testing sites. CRI is by far the best in customer service. My test arrived quickly - they helped me track it. within hours of my asking for help. when i had an issue in regards to return shipping in order to send my samples in, they replied within 24 hours.

I have done research on what company to use to learn about my background and CRI Genetics has been more than I could’ve hoped for and expected. I learned much more just from their reports than I have from years of searching and asking family. I have already highly recommended to my patients to use CRI over all other companies. The fact that you get friendly personal emails with updates and just wanting to touch base is amazing.
