The report I received was very comprehensive and easy to understand. I really did not expect to get so much detail, and I was very pleased overall. The company responded quickly to my questions. I mistakenly purchased a report that I requested a refund for, and I was promptly contacted my their customer service rep and a refund was made. I recommend this company if you are looking for DNA/ancestral profiles.

I really enjoy the fact that from day one when you order the kit, there is their support team that continues to check with you the entire process. it's is super easy to do the at home kit and to get it sent back.
