It's easy to do and discreet. This test goes back even farther than the other DNA tests do. It's very interesting to learn about ones lineage and ancestry and it's great information to hand down to other generations to come!

I was more interested in the health results than the ancestry piece. Some health issues were verified and others that were unknown were identified. Very helpful!
