Their website is very easy to navigate and the faq section is full of information. They send you an email almost immediately after you order to make sure you don't have any questions or issues. They even emailed me to make sure I received a tracking number. Their customer service is phenomenal and will answer any questions that you might have. And I really appreciate the personal emails from Alexei. I am so glad that I chose this company. Exceptional service, exceptional staff!
