I received my initial DNA reports yesterday and realized that several were missing. I called CRI and had the pleasure of speaking with Mira who, unlike some customer service 'professionals' I've had the misfortune of speaking with over the years, knew exactly how to answer my questions and she went on to let me know that there actually were system 'issues' (an update, perhaps?) that had prevented me from receiving all the genetic reports I had ordered. There also was a minor 'hiccup' with my order and, when all was explained, I felt that Mira understood and was aware of my situation.
