I received my results within 4 weeks verses 8 weeks. There was an error concerning tests I requested and the staff promptly corrected the issue. There were follow up calls to insure I was satisfied and to insure the agent was knowledgeable as well as polite.

It was interesting. Several family myths were actually validated by the DNA. This was mostly maternal DNA, it would be interesting to see what my brother would say about the patrilineal DNA.
