We have used Northeastern Chimney for number of years and have always found there people to be courteous and competent.

We had an inspection today. It was very thorough. We learned so much about our chimney, fireplace, and gas vent. It was extremely helpful.

Northeastern chimney has been our go to for chimney cleanings and inspections for a few years now. The service guys are always very nice and really thorough. This past winter they saw water damage to our chimney and gave us a quote to have it watersealed which we agreed to. The service techs came out and were incredibly helpful and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They accidentally broke my garden hose (it was old) and literally went out to the local ace to buy me a new one and hooked it up. We will continue to use Northeastern Chimney and recommend them to anyone in need of service or repair.

Chris and Jason went above and beyond to try to help pinpoint issues with smoke smells coming from the fireplace. They didn’t come in and say it was X. They offered multiple ideas based on their obvious experience and helped troubleshoot in as many ways as possible. Their knowledge and expertise, in addition to their patience and explanation, went above and beyond. I will not call anyone else for issues with my fireplace or chimney other than Northeastern Chimney Sweeps, and I would be hard pressed to ask for anyone but Chris and Jason for an appointment. The smoke smell in the house has already dissipated immensely. Looking forward to the next snow day next to a roaring fire.

After having a terrible experience with another Chimney Company ( which we later found out was a scam and did nothing but take the ashes out of our fireplace) ..Northeastern came out to my house to take a look at my chimney. They were very detailed orientated. I can not say enough great things about this company. I had two techs come to my house and not only were they clean and efficient they were so kind. They took pictures and gave me and my husband a full proposal on our chimney. This is who you call when you need to do anything with your chimney! This is an honest, knowledgeable and kind company to work with!

Northeastern Chimney has been an amazing company to work with. We used them originally to inspect our fireplace and chimney when we first moved Into our house. They installed 2 chimney liners as well as a wood burning fireplace insert, and have serviced it annually since. The technicians are always polite, on time and explain everything throughly.
