The staff is very knowledgeable and professional with their practice. They were able to explain my current chimney situation very thoroughly and stated what should potentially be done. I did not feel pressured at all regarding the services that were recommended to be done in the future. Overall, there were absolutely no negatives with this company only positive experiences :)

When I inquired about a chimney company, the name I heard was Northeastern Chimney. They are always professional, on time, and most importantly, they do very good work. I’ve never called them back to correct anything they worked on. They’ve been my company since 1999.

They were competitive with their price. They came when they said they would. They finished exactly within the time frame they promised. They left the job site clean. Their crew was polite and hardworking. You can't ask for more than that. If you need your chimney repaired or restored, I would highly recommend them.

I have used Northeastern a couple of times, and they are professional, quick to respond and dedicated to performing quality work. I think the first time I called Northeastern was probably 10 years ago. They came after I'd had smoke in my basement when we turned our furnace on in October. I had had a different company come previously and line my chimney with a metal pipe (like your dryer exhaust pipe). That first company didn't install the liner the right way, which was why I had smoke in my basement. Northeastern fixed the problem immediately, and I could rest easy knowing my house was safe. I've used them ever since for any chimney issues or problems I've had.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of there employees and the quality of their work. I feel much better now after having them thoroughly check out and fix my chimney.

Northeastern Chimney recently installed a gas fireplace insert in my home. When I informed the business owner that I wanted to travel to California to see my daughter (whom I haven't seen in a very long time), he expedited the installation so I could make travel plans. The staff that performed the installation were punctual, professional, and meticulous. I would definitely recommend Northeastern Chimney. I should also note that they previously installed a chimney liner for me in another chimney which eliminated roof stains caused by an improper installation done by another company. So I am a repeat satisfied customer.
