The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a comprehensive, yearlong leadership development initiative for freshmen at Boston College. It aims to equip and empower students to engage in leadership throughout their time at BC and beyond. The program includes a mix of large and small group activities, dialogues, events, experiential outings, service projects, and mentorship. It’s a unique chance to sharpen leadership skills, forge strong connections with peers and mentors, and make a meaningful impact on the community.
This program is ideal for driven individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and lead.
