We would like to introduce our Student Organizations Team: Roatha, Megan, Bella, Melissa, Phil and Leah! This team is excited to help student organizations thrive on campus and are each assigned to advise a portfolio of organizations. They are here to help with everything from finances to event planning and are looking forward to working with student organizations this year!

Get excited, Student Involvement Fair is today from 10 am to 2 pm on Stokes Lawn! There will be over 300 organizations and departments present to meet. We hope you enjoy exploring all BC has to offer!

Next to be introduced is our UGBC team, Paul, Aisling, and Hannah! ugbcinsta is the Boston College’s Undergraduate Student Government, and they work to advocate and provide dynamic programs and activities for the student body. These three directly work with UGBC and love what they do! Follow ugbcinsta for more updates and info on how to get involved!

Next up is our lovely Administrative Assistant Cathy Jamieson! Cathy, her husband, and her four sons are all BC grads. Working at OSI is different every day for Cathy and she says she is never bored. Some of her responsibilities include managing the student workers in the office, assisting with Weeks of Welcome with campus partners, and overseeing the room reservation system. Thanks for all that you do, Cathy!

The Office of Student Involvement is excited to welcome students back to campus soon! In the meantime, we’d like to introduce the incredible staff of our office over the next few days, starting with our Director, Claire Ostrander! Claire is originally from Long Island, New York. She is a double eagle and graduated from BC with her BA and MA. During her time as a Master’s student at BC, she worked at OSI as a Grad Assistant!

Congratulations to the graduating Class of 2019!! Especially this team of GAs who will be dearly missed from the lively halls of Carney. You will always have a home in the Office of Student Involvement. Best of luck in all of your future endeavors ❤️
