This week we aim to connect you to some of the people, offices, and opportunities on campus and familiarize you with campus before you begin classes on. In order to help with that, the FYE team have worked together to develop the Weeks of Welcome App! This app aims to facilitate an easier transition into BC!
Meet Tyler! One of our orientation Leaders, whose experience at BC was shaped by a multitude of differences clubs on campus. One of his favorites being Mock Trial!

Through engaging in trial simulations in competition with teams from other institutions, students develop critical thinking and public speaking skills, as well as a knowledge of legal practices and procedures. AMTA sponsors regional and national-level competitions, as well as providing interesting and complex case materials for academic use. Students travel the country to compete, building close friendships and real-world skills along the way. Boston College has qualified for National tournaments, as well as winning 2nd and 3rd place in the Chestnut Hill region.
