On Friday 25/07, the College celebrated the feast day of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The parish community celebrated on Sunday 13 July with a mass, procession and fiesta. Following the mass, we recognised staff members for their valuable years of service of dedication and commitment to the MCCC community, spanning 10 to 30 years of service. Congratulations to all award recipients!

On the evening of Thursday 17/07, a group of MCCC students performed for the AUPAC showcase concert. AUPAC brings together all Pasifika students from universities around the country to connect over a three-day conference. The College was invited to perform a small section of our Haka Warriors performance from last year. Joining the Group were past students who performed on behalf of UTS and WSU. This was the best performance thus far from our Cultural Group.

The MISA Dance Festival is a Showcase celebrating dance amongst the local Catholic and Independent secondary schools in the region. The showcase is an incredibly supportive day where students support each other while all the schools show off their amazing routines. Well done to the Mount Carmel MISA Dance group on another spectacular year!
