Next up we're spotlighting Professor Jan Martin! What she enjoys most is exploring and discussing the scriptures with BYU students. She also really likes the mental and spiritual wrestling that accompanies researching and writing about the scriptures. It’s exhausting but incredibly satisfying too. Professor Martin is most pleased with the personal growth she can see in herself as she continues to find ways to improve what she does in the classroom and in her research. As she works at these things she's becoming a better person, which she's grateful for. A fun fact about Professor Martin is that she lived in England for nearly seven years!
