SILVERDALE EQUINE CAREER TOUR | Earlier this week, students had an incredible day exploring the world of thoroughbred racing and horse training! From the excitement of Kembla Grange Races to a behind-the-scenes look at Mitch Beer’s horse trainer stables, and an exclusive visit to Silverdale Farm — a private property renowned for breeding top thoroughbred horses. Students admired day old thoroughbred foals. What an amazing experience!

NSWCCC ATHLETICS CHAMPIONSHIPS | St Mary’s had 14 students attend the NSWCCC Athletics Championships in Homebush yesterday. This is the top level of competition for students and the standard of competition was exceptionally high. Among them were a number of medal winners - placing the following students in the top three for their age across the state's catholic schools! A fantastic achievement for our students, well done. FIX 2025 | FIX Future Ideas Exchange is an annual event for Year 12 Design and Technology students and teachers across all sectors to come together, share ideas, and build connections with peers and professionals. Held at St Mary’s Star of the Sea College on Tuesday, 18 November 2025. This one-day event incorporates theatre-style seminars on innovation, creativity, and design, collaborative workshops focused on creative thinking and problem solving and an industry supplier expo where students can connect with suppliers and professionals who can support students in bringing their ideas to life.
