COMMUNITY | St Mary Star of the Sea College is incredibly proud to share that Year 8 student, Bianca Staniforth was named Illawarra Junior Lifesaver of the Year last Saturday at the Illawarra Branch Titles held at Thirroul Beach.
Bianca will now attend a three-day camp in April, where she will represent the Illawarra at the State Titles. Adding to the celebrations, Bulli SLSC were fortunate to take out both the male and female Junior Lifesaver of the Year awards. A special family connection, Bianca follows in the footsteps of her sibling Steph, who won the same title four years ago at the same beach.
