VOICE AND EXPERIENCE OF WOMEN | As an all-girls College, we believe that the significance of International Women's Day should extend beyond just one day. That's why we're shining a light on IWD throughout the entire week. This day is not just about recognition; it's a beacon of inspiration, urging us all to honour the remarkable contributions of women in every sphere of life.
Today, our Year 11 and Year 12 students had the incredible opportunity to hear from four inspiring Alumnae as part of International Women's Day week. The theme was "The Voice and Experience of Women." and we extended a warm welcome back to St Mary’s our special guest speakers:
Mia Bronnenberg (Class of 2011) from Hyper Fitness
Amanda Mason (Class of 1987), i98 Advertising Account Executive
Marina Ugonotti (Class of 1995), Principal at Loreto College Normanhurst
Jasmine Locke (Class of 2020), Pre-med student and athlete
Each speaker brought a wealth of knowledge and experience, having made significant strides in their respective fields, and today, they shared their stories of triumph, challenge, and perseverance. Their wisdom and insights left a lasting impact on our girls, providing countless takeaways for empowerment and growth.
