SCIENCE WEEK | What an incredible week it was at St Mary's as we delved into the wonders of Science! From captivating classroom experiments to exciting outdoor adventures, Science Week was a journey of exploration and discovery for our students. Our curious minds from Year 7 to 10 embraced the challenge of cracking the code in the "Hydrogen: Fuel of the Future" escape room, putting their problem-solving skills to the test! The excitement was palpable as they unlocked secrets and unlocked new perspectives on renewable energy. All students were involved in daily tutor group quizzes while others took part in individual quizzes and writing Science poetry using chat GPT. The week finished with a Science display at lunch as the teachers made ice-cream using liquid nitrogen. WHAT A GRAND 150TH REUNION CELEBRATION | It was a joyous occasion with many Alumnae celebrating our milestone anniversary. A huge thank you to all who attended, bought raffle tickets and memorabilia in support of the Marian Bursary fund. Thanks also to all staff, students and the Committee of Alumnae who worked so hard in preparation for the event and on the day itself. What fun with memories relived and made anew today!
