HAPPY EASTER | Buona Pasqua from the Year 11 Italian Continuers class. The class discussed Italian Easter traditions and enjoyed some treats. Grazie to Nonna Ugonotti who baked fresh focaccia & taralli alla pugliese and Nonna Lo Surdo who baked traditional calabrese Easter ‘cuddruri’. Cannoli siciliani; well , they are simply a must! Buona Pasqua 🐣 a tutti . We all wish that we could have joined in the feast!
