DUKE OF ED | Recently 21 students completed their Adventurous Journey for the Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award. They completed the Six-Foot Track, which is a challenging 3-day hike from Katoomba to Jenolan Caves. They faced some adversity with rain, thunderstorms and a closed bridge, resulting in a river crossing. The girls were amazing! GOLD GOLD GOLD | CONGRATULATIONS to our St Mary’s Swimming Squad! Last Friday the girls competed in the NSW Combined Catholic Colleges Swimming Carnival with sensational results. This event was held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre. St Mary's won gold in the Intermediate Freestyle 4 x 50 relay and broke the NSWCCC record. Swimmers were Jessica Cole, Stephanie Staniforth, Charli Cleghorn and Ivy Miller. And also won gold in the Medley Relay, swimmers were Jessica Cole, Stephanie Staniforth, Ivy Miller and Alexia Foye. Well done to all the girls representing the College.
