Fun healthy food made for children!
Year 9 Food Technology have been studying nutrition this term and specifically focusing on the nutritional needs of children. Students have been tasked with planning and producing a nutritious food product for a child, using ingredients that can be easily sourced and are cost efficient. In preparation for this, students have created high fibre fun sandwiches in the shapes of clown fish and caterpillars. Whilst targeted at young children, our Year 9 students equally enjoyed trying these!
