CSOM grad A.J. Colarusso ’26 has signed his first pro contract with the New York Mets following the 2026 @MLB Draft. Colarusso left the Heights last spring as BC’s all-time leader in career starts, capping an outstanding collegiate career with the Eagles.

Luke Mairo ’17 started Voltpost, a startup that turns existing streetlights into EV charging stations, to make EV ownership more accessible for urban drivers. “It was an equity issue and a largely unsolved market opportunity,” Mairo told BC Magazine.
