I love Tentworld. The staff are always awesome and knowledgeable on their product range, and they have the best prices too.
Normally I visit the Ferntree Gully Store but this time I ordered online and despite the QLD cyclone issues, my order still arrived from Brisbane on time in perfect condition and completely hassle free.

I had the best service from Danaye at Tentworld Ferntree Gully. She helped me with a warranty fix to an Exped mattress. At all times Danaye was friendly and helpful, emailing me updates at each stage of the process. Thanks Danaye, I picked up my mattress today and I'm so glad you were in the store when I brought it in.

Amazing customer service.
I had an issue where my tent fly ripped due to winds on the first use. Unfortunately it wasn't covered under the manufacturers warranty. But after discussions with them they provided a new fly for me over and above what they needed to do. I had resigned myself to patching up the rip and I was quite blown away with that offer. Excellent service, definitely went the extra mile for me. Thanks

Rolled into the store about 2pm & rolled back out around 2:15pm, Knew what I needed & I was very satisfied with the quick friendly customer service after picking up a Coleman Instant Up 4P Silver Series Evo Tent (Great tent had one previously), Coleman Instant Up 4p Mesh Footprint, Coleman All-Terrain Queen Blowup mattress & a Zempire Super 2 Way Pump all for under $500. The savings at the moment here are crazy! Would have cost close to $900 anywhere else as we did our research. So, if you need to outfit yourself with some new camping gear. Head up-to Tentworld. Well stocked showroom with plenty of staff to help you out! Cheers team!

I also got a good price match of $50 at the counter. I recommend doing research regarding price match.

Excellent knowledge in all things camping. We purchased a tent and decided we wanted to upgrade to something a little better suited to bigger trips. Even though our return policy was expired manager was very helpful and let me return tent and purchase a brand new one. Would recommend Tent world to everyone looking at getting outdoors.

Pity there are not more stores. Tentworld is awesome. Reminds me of an old fashioned camping store that has varieties of just about everything. I went there to buy Darche brackets for my awning. Nowhere else had them except online with weeks to wait for delivery. Great brackets, and they had plenty of them. While I was there, I ended up buying things I never knew I needed.

We are camping newbies and we were not sure if camping will suit us before we walked into the store. When we walked in to the store, we were overwhelmed, this store have a great range of different products and we don't know where to start. We have to give a BIGH SHOUT OUT to Mark, he is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us to find the right camping gears that may suit our camping style and made us feel more confidence about starting our camping journey. We will definitely be back.

This is a large store where the.staff went out of their way to help. Large range of gear.
I was looking for a tent. At times I feel with tents you have only two markets. You can pay exorbitant prices for hiking tents from boutique shops or extremely cheap prices at the mass stores.
It would be good if there was a middle ground. Good quality tents at reasonable prices. Ill continue my search.
