I recently purchased an F-150 Raptor, and I couldn't be happier with the people who helped me!
I came through "just looking" on a SAT, and by chance ran into the service manager (Mark). He asked me if he could help, and despite clearly being busy, took the time to answer a lot of my questions and made my 13 year old son feel like the coolest kid around. I agreed to return on MON for a test-drive and was subsequently introduced to Bob Graff from the sales department. Bob was nothing short of FANTASTIC, and made the entire experience (including my trade-in) extremely easy and very fair.
After agreeing to purchase, by chance I ran into Mark again and recognized me and how it went, and if I had any further questions.
I couldn't be happier with how everything went - in a world of automation, customer service DOES make a difference!
Midway will be getting all of my family's future business because of Bob and Mark.
