Chris and Sam in the quick lane were amazing and friendly. The work was done quickly and with care. I appreciate the personal touch and care with my truck.

My only complaint with this shop is that my first appointment was somehow cancelled. My beef is with FORD. This is I think the 7th recall on my truck. I paid as much for this truck as I paid for my house. The workmanship has made me lose my confidence in your product. My first used car was a 72 galaxy 500. I’ve had many ford vehicles since, but I think this one was my last one. Your product has pushed me to look elsewhere.

Mark was great to work with when purchasing our new F-150! Nick is great! I arrived at 6:39 AM and was number fourth in line. I needed to be home by 9 AM and I was. The only thing that I wish quickly did differently, was offer a certain number of oil changes a day by appointment only.

I live well outside the metro, but needed an oil change so I took the opportunity to use their quick lane to get it done while I was in town. They were super fast, rotated my tires & let me know about a filter that was pretty mucked up & took care of that too. Really appreciate their good work!

Today we had the pleasure of working with Matthew. He was so professional and kind! We are from St. Peter and he went out of his way to video the truck for us and check all of the features to make sure they work before we drove 1.5 hours. During our test drive he mentioned he skateboarded and thats amazing because we started the St Peter Skate Park and he knew what the features looked like and that made me feel like he really loved Minnesota and is a part of the community. He was personal with stories and bonded with my boyfriend over skateboarding. He is a fantastic salesman. I wasnt pressured and didnt feel like he was a fake person just selling me something.
