You cannot find a business of any type that is this focused on customer satisfaction. The entire crew at Shabahangs is detailed in the expertise of and love of their product. They are truly religious about the care of these beautiful works of art. I gave Bruce Shabahang, the owner, my 70 year old Navaho rugs to repair which are quite tricky, and they were finished perfectly in 2 weeks! I previously sent several to New Mexico for repair of the same problem and it took 6 months. Shabahang can deal with any type of rug at the highest level of excellence at a reasonable price. They are the best

I was greeted by Bruce Shabahang, who was very personable and willing to give me some of his time.
Bruce was extremely knowledgeable , as I would expect at Shabahang. We had a lovely conversation and Bruce was able to give me all the information I needed.
This is the only place I would ever go for any decorative/Asian rug needs I might have in the future. There is a very good reason this store has been part of the Greater Milwaukee landscape for so very long. Their excellence!

Recently bought a rug here. It was our first experience with Shabahang. We are absolutely impressed with our experience and my husband is not easily impressed! The employees are all very knowledgeable and our rug is stunning. We walked in thinking we would just learn a little about rugs because we doubted they would have anything modern we liked. However, they actually had a few we liked. We fell in love with the perfect one and were excited to bring it home. We had a small concern with it and when I called, they sent someone out to look at it within a couple of hours! Their customer service is the best we’ve ever experienced. Yes, their rugs are pricey, but to us, it’s totally worth it for the quality, their knowledge, and customer service. We will definitely buy from them again.

I had a burst water pipe that flooded our house. I had 9 rugs that I brought back from Iraq/ Iran from my tour in 2010. I thought that all of the rugs were lost. But Shabahang was able to clean and sanitize them, back to like new for most of them.
I recommend using Shabahang if you need this type of work done.

We brought in a Turkish oriental rug that was a family heirloom and in desperate need of a deep clean. After doing extensive research which included several commercial carpet cleaning companies, we confidently decided to go with Shabahang. The cleaning process took about a month, but the results were well worth the wait. Extreme care was taken and our expectations were greatly exceeded. We would highly recommend Shabahang to anyone looking to have their oriental rugs well taken care of. There’s no doubt we will be returning to them in the future!

The turn around was very quick, we were promised to get them back before Thanksgiving and we got them on the 16th. These rugs were inherited and probably had not been cleaned in decades. The Shabahang Rug Gallery has terrific products, and their customer service is just outstanding. The Persian rug I just bought is phenomenal, it looks like something out of the "1001 Nights" book. I wonder if it there is a trick I can use to make this rug fly. By looking at it one can easily expect it to fly also :). This one was the second Persian rug I bought at Shabahang (the first one I bought about 10 years ago). The first is as fantastic as this second one. I highly recommend the Shabahang, and the Persians pieces of art (in the format of rugs) the Gallery sells.
