I recently moved to a RoostUp apartment and I must say that I am loving it so far. My flatmates are very nice and the apartment is very clean. The room is spacious and the furniture is As a lady, there is plenty of closet space and the dressers are spacious as well. The bathroom is also sparkling and I love it. The entire building is very quiet too, which is important to me.
One thing that stood out for me and helped me make a decision to move to a RoostUp apartment was the wealth of information I got from Nick and Katrina. They were so helpful in answering my questions and explaining in detail too. I also got a tour of the apartment, which helped me make the decision. I also love that I was able to read detailed reviews from real people and there are a lot! I will definitely recommend RoostUp to anyone, so if you are trying to decide, just do it.

Roostup exceeded my expectations. I very much liked how the process was well coordinated and integrated online, thus making it an end-to-end experience that included the search, application, approval, payment and move in. To top it up, the team is very responsive to inquiries. I also liked my location, the room was spacious with a great view and the apartment was very close to social amenities, the train station and a great view of the Boston skyline. Everything in the apartment was exactly as it appeared in the photos, which was great. I had great roommates too. The facility management team was very responsive to cleaning and maintenance requests, which were handled promptly. I would definitely recommend roostup to anyone new in Boston and looking for a pocket friendly and hassle free renting. Thank you to the great team for a wonderful experience and I most certainly would consider roostup again in future.

I have been living here for a month and I am very happy. The process has been very easy; From the beginning until today I have received all the help and guidance in a fast and friendly manner. The apartment is very nice and kept very clean, the spaces are comfortable and pleasant. I love knowing that I don't have to worry about paying bills and even cleaning the common areas, plus the laundry inside the house is a big plus. I live in East Boston and it is super close to the Orient Heights station and several restaurants; Parking is also easy and safe. The gym is a 5-minute walk away, the beach is an 8-minute walk away. Better said, I recommend this place and this company with my eyes closed.

Great option for renting for less than a year. The house I was staying in had everything I needed, the cleaning was always up to date, and there were no problems with payments or anything financial.

I will be honest, the first time I was looking for places in Boston and thought RoostUp was a scam and avoided. It seemed too good to be true. However, after breaking a lease at a different home run by a single landlord, I looked at RoostUp again. I have been living here for more than a year and it is EVERYTHING as advertised. No complaints at all. If there are any issues, RoostUp resolves them in a matter of days regardless of the problem.
