Every time I return to Blue Lagoon it's like going to my Fijian home and being wrapped in a Fijian hug, tge staff are so warm and friendly.
The lagoon is great for swimming at any tide, great snorkeling, and there's 2 pools. The hill walks give views over the island, and sunrise if youre an early bird. The gardens are well kept, and there's a choice of room types from dorm (more crowded now with 12 pax per room), to garden and beachfront villas.
With 2 restaurants you're spoiled for choice. Breakfast is at the beachfront, there's a cold buffet selection - cereals, fruit, pastries, house made bread, plus a hot choice made to order. Lunch and dinner there are more traditional.
Donu, the new Japanese inspired restaurant offers a la carte lunch, and a fabulous 10 course chef's choice degustation dinner.
Vinaka vaka levu, everyone!
