Had a great stay for 6 nights in the dorms. They are very comfortable and give you plenty of space (single beds, not bunks), well cooled and cleaned every day. Shared bathrooms and showers are great and clean as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful!
Food here is great and gives you quite a luxury feeling for the price. Buffet for breakfast, a la carte lunch with a static but quite large menu, dinner varies between buffet and three course a la carte. Food was always very good, the compulsory meal plan is $109 per adult (which is relatively expensive but you get what you pay for here!). Bar open til around 10pm, but drinks are quite expensive as well!
There are plenty of activities every day (for example village visit, kava ceremony, snorkeling/dive/cave trips, crab racing). Snorkeling is fine just off the beach, kayaking available as well. There's a one hour hike up to the peak with gorgeous views. Walking along the beach gives you some potential privacy for a sunset picnic! Both the beach and pool have plenty of chairs for sunbathing.
WiFi is free but quite lacking and very unreliable (basically don't ever expect to have consistent internet access).
The crowd here is mostly families and couples but solo travelers can hope to meet other people as well especially staying in the dorms. There's plenty of things to do here so staying for several days will be fine, you won't run out of things to do!
Keep in mind boat trip to/from Nadi will take you up to 5 hours.
I enjoyed my stay here and would return! Greatly recommended!
