As soon as I knew that my flight was cancelled because of a tropical hurricane hitting Nadi, I made an international call from Melbourne, requesting to change our plan. After I explained for about 10 mins, the operator just said NO and hung up the phone. Then, I tried to contact Oasis Palms by writing a couple of e-mails through both Booking and official website. Sadly, I haven't got any response so far. It's nearly been a MONTH. Can't help but wonder if the hotel would ever care about its guests once they've got money in their pocket?
