Take heed to all the bad reviews they are 100% accurate. It's clear this company is in way over there heads and you don't matter to them once you sign on the dotted line. They're very attentive when they're trying to get your business but once you accept their help you become a number. I've personally been a client for going on a year from the most simplest of cases. I've had 3 different people work my case none of which contacted me to let me know they're working my case I just get a random email from a new lawyer asking for more information. I literally can't count on 1 hand how many times in a years time that they've picked up the phone to update me on my case. I've been super patient tried my best not to call and even ask once going on but when I finally do I have to call several times before I get a response and they give generic answers the deadline always seems to get pushed back and its never their fault its them waiting on someone to do their job be it paperwork or an agreement. AMY save your breath with your robotic reply about you not finding me in the database you won't and no point of you adding your number either as if you actually answer yours I know first hand that's an even bigger lie than your motto to keep lives running its the exact opposite of that you keep people in limbo not knowing what's happening and when's its happening. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They took my case and then pulled out of it. I had to call them. Tthe wreck was on 7-29, and I'm still driving a wrecked car. I was backed over, in a parking lot. They couldn't win that. LolI had a case, while back, they declined it, another attorney got $30,000 for it. I will never call them again, even if a truck runs over me. Never again.

I chose one star because there's no option for zero stars. Working with these people has been the worst experience ever. I've been lied to countless times , the so called attorney on the case has no understanding or up to date information on my case , and to top it all off the people who were supposed to keep my life running are taxing me like the IRS. I wish I never called them. This has been one of the most horrible, traumatic, stressful experiences ever. I didn't get hit once I got hit twice.

You are right this company sends you the welcome package have you fill out a hardship letter. But that is about all you get. I took my case to them the same reason that everybody do. You believe your case is going to be handle properly and promptly. What you forget this company is well known and will process at their own pace. I ended therapy on 2-13-19. It took the clinic 30 days to turn in the paper work which was March-20-19. It took them another 4 months to send in the demand letter. I had pictures, police reports, and the person that hit me admitted they were at fault. Guess what still waiting to hear the final say so. My opinion will be they are not for small accidents they are for big payout accidents. I have read a lot of reviews over time and I think attorneys are the same to get paid.

This law firm is a joke!! They dont fight for you, they choose to withdraw your case and give you a bullcrap reason why. I guess if you are not severely hurt then you dont matter, but my back hurts everyday...I guess it also doesn't matter if you are rear ended (which I thought was deemed the other parties fault) should be open and shut. DO NOT CHOOSE EW Lawyers to represent you, cause it is not about you (client), it's about the $$$ and what they will get!

I have an ongoing case right now and they really lack communication. I’m tired of having to reach out to them to get the status. I don’t know if they don’t care or if my case really isn’t worth it and they’re trying not to not communicate care with me as much as possible. I’m just ready for this to be over. I stopped treatment 3 months ago and still haven’t really heard anything.

This is horrible company. My lawyer barely gave me updates until I was about drop him as a lawyer. I waited patiently through the process it took 8 months going on 9 he called me and told me what the insurance wanted to offer and then told me how I would only get a fourth of that money(little to nothing) and he didn’t provide with no paper work proving this is how much everything is etc. he literally gave me estimates. Asked me if I want to settle and then; suggested that I do settle so he don’t have to work any harder. My car was a totaled, I had nothing , and I only had it for 4days it was a brand new 2018 and you mean to tell me I get little to nothing in return for a accent I didn’t cause. Do not let them represent you they don’t fight for you only steal your money!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!! THEY HAVE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!

My case started out great in the beginning but it seems as if not much effort was put in. After receiving information about my case at the very start of it, i never received any further phone calls with updates or anything as far as signs of moving forward. When i called i was never able to get in contact with Erica. I always had to leave messages and calls were never returned, only for me to receive a certified letter stating that they were closing my case. I dont feel like anything was looked over or settled. I dont even feel like they tried. I wish there were a better way to get these type of situations settled. Especially when you know the truth to your situation. My experience wasnt horrible. Honestly it doesnt feel like an experience at all. I just wish they would have done a better job at communicating and investigating.

I contacted this attorney Saturday morning after an accident, because I heard them on the radio and that's what I heard your suppose to do. I was injured my neck hurts and lower back pains. I laid here all weekend, cause I knew a lot of attorney's aren't in the office. At 12:40 I finally called them because they never called me back. I was told that was normal. Long story short I fired them, because these millionaires cared nothing about me.

I truly should have done my research before agreeing to work with this firm. I have been thoroughly dissatisfied with the amount of "care" I've received, lack of communication, attitude of certain paralegals assigned to my case. Etc. I've read a few of the reviews and completely understand where many are coming from. Being in a car accident is an experience in itself, and hiring an attorney, according to their advertisements, is supposed to alleviate some of the headache that the fall out can cause. Since my accident, I have lost my car, almost lost my home, and have paid out of my own pocket almost $700 a week to keep a rental car, because the insurance company would not pay for it, because my car was repossessed in this process. My car was my job, and without it, I am at a loss. I have undergone several procedures due to my injuries and have also fallen into a serious depression. All I have asked for was some kind of concern and communication from the people who are supposed to, "Keep my life running," and all I seem to get is a once a month brush off. I pray this process is almost over, because I have reached my breaking point.

I have never just been so depressed and stressed out dealing with this firm. Don't believe the things you hear about these lawyers. They do not keep your life running, they do not care if you are in pain. The only people that will benefit would be there doctors, if you choose to use their doctors that's a big mistake. I was involved in two car accidents, I lost my car and I still deal with pain. I had to deal with three different lawyers never got any clear answers about my cases. I was tossed around and treated like my cases didn't even matter. To be involved in two car accidents you can't even walk away with no pain. And they settle your case not even to cover the possibility to be able to afford a new car. Really I was told I had no pain and stuffing. Talk about getting your last lawyer never meeting him face-to-face until it's time for mediation and then he tried to bash you on your case and try to tell you that your case not going to go anywhere blind your injuries on your weight that's the kind of lawyer I'm dealing with. My lawyer told me, my cases wasn't worth anything, he had no ambition,no Drive, no motivation, no concern for me being his client. I should have went with my first mind to fire this Law Firm. I feel like I'm fighting More Tears right now then I can explain what is firm has made me feel like. Do not call them if you are in a car wreck!

Took 3 years to settle a 100,000 settlement i was awarded 9,000 of the 100,000 not sure but im pretty sure i got the short end of the stick... Just make sure to be aware of all the details...

If I could give zero stars I would. This has been the biggest headache every. Please don't trust these people with your cases. They are all over the radio but don't believe the hype. We tried to cancel our case back in August but they insisted us to stay with them. They got better and thereafter worst. Once they gained the right to charge us attorney fees they didn't care if we stayed with their firm or not, so they gladly handed our cases over to us. Might I add placing a lien on any settlement we received from the insurance equal to their attorney fees even-though they didn't settle our cases. They are overloaded on cases and not giving people correct information on their cases . Why take more cases if your team cant handle them. These attorney are money hungry and only care about financial gain not their clients the least bit. We have a settlement check that we cant cash cause they are listed on it and cant even get a reply. We have medical bills that need to be paid out of theses monies.

Yet I am back again. This whole process has been a headache for me and my family. I could have handled our injury case for the work I had to do throughout the case. They cant even get an offer from the insurance company. Our case is being handled very poorly for updates we have to call them and email them time after time. I am Very disappointed I am look for new representation as I speak. Hopefully its not to late I want out of this firm. My sister was involved in an wreck a 2 months ago and her case is finished. I guess our case is not of importance to them so whatever , but not on my dime.

I get sandwiched in a five car pile up, and after years of hearing radio commercials from my radio station @104.5, I finally call. I'm told by her staff member (Steve) that they won't be able to win my case... He's been doing this for ten years, and because I don't have uninsured motorist I'm probably not going to win and I need to wait until Monday to meet him when my accident was Thursday.... And I need to go to JP's if I need a doctor.... Hey btw thanks for" Keeping my life running" Would never even consider trying to use them again. What a horrible experience after an accident!

I had a wreck 4 months ago and not one time has anyone reached out to me. The only way we communicate if i pick up the phone and call and most of the time she don't answer the phone and she never responds to my emails. They were supposed to set me up with a chiropractor and that took over a month for someone to reach out to me which i no longer needed since i had been taken medication and working out the pain on my own. I did everything they asked of me and I've called at least 4 times today and still haven't gotten an answer.
