I don't think I've had such outstanding service such as what I experienced with TipTop Door and Gate in a long time. They were so customer focused and payed attention to every detail. Outstanding. I would highly recommend them if you have a garage door or gate issue.

Tiptop door answers their own phone. Scheduled a service call on the same day and did not charge holiday prices. They were able to fix the garage door temporarily and returned in a few days to complete the job. Great Service!

Tiptop/Joel went above and beyond to fix the issues I had. They came the same day and at night too. After repairing the door he showed me how to service/maintain it properly, and then worked through programming multiple cars with me. He also didn’t try to oversell or up charge me with unnecessary extras. Extremely satisfied; I’ll definitely utilize them again if needed, and will recommend them to friends and family with confidence and enthusiasm, knowing they’ll also receive great service too. Joel & John were such a pleasure to work with! We called around 8:45am for a broken Wayne Dalton torquemaster spring and Joel answered promptly. He gave us all of our options and answered all our questions. We opted for a double spring conversion. John was here before 10am and completed our conversion before 11am! Incredible service! Tip Top garage door repair is a great company and my new go to for any future garage door needs. They were at my house in about an hour of my call. Technician John quickly fixed my snapped garage door spring, inspected and lubed the whole system and did the same for my second garage door. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with the service they provided. We had to call them late in the evening, because our garage door wouldn't close. Their technician, Robert, arrived quickly (in less than an hour) and fixed the problem in no time. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained all the technical details and also gave us some good tips for maintenance of the door. Great company and great service!

This company was amazing to work with. I needed my garage door repaired on a Friday night. I called the company that originally installed my parent’s garage door and they had me waiting on standby for 2 hours. I understand it was a Friday night but, they repeatedly told me I’d get a call back within an hour. When I called Tiptop the person on the phone answered even before the 1st ring could be completed. They told me they could have someone come out within an hour. The technician who came Joel/Jim (name on text vs caller was different so regretfully don’t know ) was so kind and customer service oriented. When he left he even called to warn me someone was coming up my driveway as he saw that I was alone. I’m happy I went with Tiptop as I still never got a call back from the first company the next day. They value their customers and it’s very evident:)
