Great work done by a locally owned business. The price was very reasonable. I thought I would have to spend $400 on carpet repairs where paint had spilled and candle wax had melted into carpeting, but they cleaned it all!

Kelly and Greg were wonderful, punctual, and efficient. They were also knowledgeable and worked quickly. They extract so much water, the carpet was barely damp by the time they left. They left the carpets smelling fresh and looking immaculate and left no mess behind! Will be using them regularly going forward to prolong the life of the carpet.

Everyone was friendly and polite. Carpet was cleaned quickly and well, removing stains and pet odors. 6 hours later it is almost completely dry. If I hadn't found Best Way, I would have had to rent blowers because carpets have been wet for days with other companies.

Bryan and Bobby were out today. They did a fabulous job. Very thorough and explained everything to me. They suggested sealing grout, and I found it to be cost-effective. I'm glad they mentioned it because I was more focused on cleaning the rust off the tiles (I am on well water) and did not even think about protecting the newly cleaned surface. My carpets are very light. Several puppy accident stains started to show from the residual cleaner, attracting dirt. Can't see them! Very happy with the service!
